What happens if I request a cancellation for the order that included my initial TOM Premium Membership order?

Requesting a cancellation for this order will not cancel your current TOM Premium membership cycle. It will only request a cancellation for the products in the order, which will be refunded by a member of the TOM Customer Support Team within 24-48 hours. Even if you request a full cancellation of your order, you will not automatically be canceling premium, please ask to be taken off premium specifically in email.
