Girls’ Frontline is a mobile strategy game developed by a Chinese team MICA, and released in 2016. The game has garnered a huge online fanbase and prompted the release of A variety of merchandise. Figurines are some of the most popular T-Dolls from the series. The figurines feature the girls in poses which best capture their personality as well as iconic outfits and limited edition outfits from the game. Girls’ Frontline figurines for a number of popular characters can be found including, Suomi KP-31, M1918, WA2000 Manta Frontline, Zas M21 Queen of the Snow, DSR-50, M1 Garand, Five Seven, and Welrod MKII. Here are some popular figures that have been selected and reviewed below. These figurines are the WA2000 Op. Manta Ray figurine, the DSR-50 “Spring Peony” figurine, and the M1 Garand “Beach Princess” figurine.

Girls Frontline WA 2000 OP Manta Ray Figurine

This figure shows WA2000 in her Operation Manta Ray swimsuit. The swimsuit can be purchased from the in game store from the “Young Girls and the Sea '' costume package during the Operation Cube Event. Her black one piece swimsuit is visible through her translucent cover up. Aside from this the figurine also shows here wearing black strap sandals. WA2000 is posed casually to resemble her walking along the beach when first meeting the commander. She’s also carrying her weapon’s case with the saying “One Shot One Kill” written across the side.
Her embarrassed expression captures her feelings in the moment. The figurine also comes with an interchangeable face plate with a contrasting angry expression to really capture the entirety of her “tsundere” personality.

Girls Frontline Gd DSR-50- Spring Peony Figurine

This figurine of Gd DSR-50 has been recreated to show her in a cheongsam, a tightly fitted dress from China decorated with peony flowers. The outfit was made in celebration of the Lunar New Year. The costume can be found in game in the 2018 Lunar New Year procurement costume stories. Along with the dress she’s also wearing black pantyhose, matching red pumps, and a red peony flower in her hair. She’s seated on a black chair holding a golden fan in her right arm and her rifle is placed leaning against the side of the chair. The red dress paired with the sultry expression she wears displays a sense of desire and danger that she’s often known for.

Girls’ Frontline M1 Garand: Swimsuit Version Beach Princess

This figurine of M1 Garand has been recreated wearing an event limited “Beach Princess” outfit. She wears an army green two piece bikini and white strappy sandals. Her blue pareo, which is often ruffled by the summer breeze, is easily removable. The flower ornament leaves a nice summery accent in her long golden hair as she walks down the beach. Her rifle crafted to scale with great detail hangs from her right shoulder as she prepares for the oncoming operation. She’s posed with her knees slightly bent and left hand in front as she tries to stop her pareo from blowing away. The soft expression of the figurine truly captures her kind and cautious demeanor.

About Characters

WA2000 is named after the Walther WA2000 semi-automatic sniper rifle. She’s a German T-Doll with long wine red hair and red eyes. She encapsulates the definition of a “tsundere” character as a calm, focused, and prideful character. Her character is known for having a relatively high rate of fire and accuracy.

Gd DSR-50 is a German T-Doll character named after the DSR Precision bolt action rifle. She has dark brown hair with red colored eyes and is considered one of the taller T-Dolls in the series. She’s kind and helpful to the other dolls but they can often sense some kind of danger behind her eyes. Her character is most known for high damage and high accuracy.

M1 Garand is an American Doll named after the .30 caliber semi-automatic service rifle from the
United States. She has long blonde hair and green eyes. She has a relatively good rate of fire and HP. She’s known for having a kind and gentle personality, and capable of getting things done efficiently.

About Girls’ Frontline

In the game the player assumes the role of the commander and controls highly advanced moe anthropomorphic androids known as Tactical Dolls. The Tactical Dolls or T-Dolls represent firearms in the real world. Girls' Frontline first released in China in 2016, as a prequel to another game; Codename Bakery Girl released back in 2004. Due to its quick rise in popularity the game has been adapted and released in different languages including Korean (2017), English (2018) and Japanese (2018).
