[Important] Exchange Request for a Product from the Roselia Special Goods Set

Thank you very much for your purchase of the Roselia Special Goods Set Box celebrating Roselia’s win in the 1st general election for the English version of BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!

After the Roselia Special Goods Set Boxes were shipped in August, defects were found in the Full Graphic T-shirts. The Roselia logo printed on the T-shirts is inaccurate and isn’t the official logo.
Therefore, we will exchange the defective merchandise with a T-shirt with the official logo printed on it for all purchasers.
We are currently manufacturing the official T-shirts and plan to ship them in January 2020.

We will send a letter pack envelope along with the proper T-shirt in order to collect the defective T-shirts. We are very sorry for the trouble, but please cooperate by shipping the incorrect T-shirt back to our logistics warehouse.
