It arrived quickly and safely. It came with two double sided posters (one was soukoku from bsd!!) It also came with a small amuse squeaky bird and a small TOM clear file. The pages are glossy and none are wrinkled. I really like the haikyuu spreads!

Came at pristine condition with all pages intact. Art work is very nice.

It was a bit smaller than listed here on TOM (it was listed 12 inches) and it was only a little over 8. There were two small black dots near her lips that I don't think are supposed to be there but I didn't bother messaging Alter because it isn't that much noticeable. Otherwise, it is a great representation of Menma.

I love it! It is slightly deformed because of the way it was packaged but in time it will stretch back to its original shape.

It was an amazing figure! The only complaint I have is that in an angle, you really can't see her face because of her dress ( the wrist part) and because of the way she is posed. It is also very hard to get the little golden piece into her back and the connection between her upper and lower body is kinda loose. Otherwise, a very beautiful sculpt and it really captures the cute feminine side of Saber. :)

The figma really captures Asuna. I love the color palette used. I mean those cool blue hues are amazing!

This was my first scale figure and I have to say I was blown away! Even my parents loved her! The figure really captures Kaori. She has this smile that's kinda sad and knowing. Everything was perfect and spot on. 5/5!

I give 5 stars to TOM for the fast shipping and great packaging. However, the product itself is eh. The joints were a bit stiff which is understandable because the figma was one of the before 200 ones. The straps on the shield won't snap to secure the hand in. When I push one end of the strap, the other one pops out. Also, I couldn't put the stand on his back. I think the hole was too small or the peg was too big?

Hello! I got my Mikasa figma from Tokyo Otaku Mode. It was in its original packaging and seal. Shipping was fast and packaging is excellent. However, when I tried to swap the hands, all her left hands are loose and I can't make her grasp her sword properly.
