The Demon Slayer Corps (鬼殺隊) are a group of Demon Slayers that have dedicated their existence to protecting humanity from Demons in the Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) series. It is an organization that has existed since ancient times. The organization is made up of hundreds of Demon slayers, but the government is also not officially recognized. To become a Demon Slayer, a person must pass the Final Examination, which is an entry test to enter the Slayer Corps of Demons. Once a Demon Slayer has integrated into the organisation, they are given the Mizunoto initial rating and must perform a variety of missions before becoming promoted. Many demon slayers receive breath styles taught to conduct their missions efficiently.

Murata

A low ranking Demon Slayer that first appears in the Natagumo Mountain Arc in Chapter 28 of the manga and Episode 15 of the anime, voiced by Koki Miyata in Japanese. He has plain, unremarkable features, black eyes and straight black hair parted in the middle. It is stated that before becoming a Demon Slayer, his family was killed by Demons. Murata is a user of the Total Concentration: Breath of Water technique, but not the same level as Tanjiro. Assisting Tanjiro and Inosuke, he deals with his manipulated comrades in buying time showing his bravery.

Ozaki

Ozaki first makes an appearance in the series in the Natagumo Mountain Arc on Chapter 30 of the Manga, and Episode 16 of the anime, voiced in Japanese by Hisako Tojo. Ozaki is a petite young girl with wide, brown eyes, and wears her hair up in a medium length ponytail. She is shown to be considerate and selfless, warning fellow demon slayers not to approach her when she was being controlled. Hesitating for a moment, Tanjiro thought of the safest way to immobilize Ozaki without harming her. She is a low ranking Demon Slayer, possessing the capability to swiftly deal with the demons.

Aoi Kanzaki

Aoi Kanzaki is a Demon Slayer that works as a helper at the Butterfly Estate rather than the battlefield. She has deep blue eyes that match her two blue butterfly clips keeping her twintail hair in place. Training Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, she created a tough regime that often pushed them to their limits. She has a firm personality that is similar to a younger Shinobu Kocho, often appearing angry. Although she does occasionally express tender emotions such as bursting into tears when discussing Inosuke’s injuries showing that she is internally kind and caring. She first debuted in the Functional Recovery Training Arc in Chapter 48 of the manga, and Episode 23 of the anime voiced in Japanese by Yuri Ehara.

Sumi Nakahara

Sumi Nakahara is a petite girl with light skin, button-like eyes, wearing her hair in low twintails fastened with blue butterfly clips. She is a servant of the Butterfly Estate, after her family was killed she was taken in by the Estate. Appearing in the Functional Recovery Training Arc in Chapter 49 of the manga, and Episode 24 of the anime voiced in Japanese by Ayumi Mano.

Kiyo Terauchi

Servant of the Butterfly Estate, she was taken in after having her family killed by demons. Kiyo is a girl with light skin and a set of black eyes, and shoulder length black hair tied with two pink butterfly clips on each side of her head. Wears a long white nurse dress, and a pink bow around her waist. Makes her debut in Chapter 48 of the manga, and Episode 23 of the anime.

Naho Takada

Naho Takada first debuted in the Functional Recovery Training Arc in Chapter 49 of the manga, and Episode 24 of the anime voiced in Japanese by Yuki Kuwahara. She is a servant of the Butterfly Estate with button like black hair, and hair parted down the middle with two braided twintails tied at the end by green butterfly clips. Wearing a long-sleeved nurse uniform she assists demon slayers that are injured.

Goto

Goto is a member of the Kakushi, also known as the clean-up brigade of the Demon Slayer corps. Similar to the other members of the Kakushi, he wears a standard black uniform with a mask that covers most of the face. Shown to be thoughtful, even delivering castella to Tanjiro after being bedridden from the events. He was the one who found Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu in the aftermath of the Entertainment District Arc. First debuting in Chapter 45 of the manga, and Episode 21 of the anime, voiced in Japanese by Makoto Furukawa.

Masachika Kumeno

Masachika Kumeno was a demon slayer who was familiar with the wind pillar Sanemi Shinazugawa. Little is understood about Masachika until he joined the Demon Slayer Corps, besides the fact he had a younger brother that was murdered by a demon. When Sanemi went on searching for demons to destroy, he encountered Masachika unexpectedly. Masachika was already a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, so he hired Sanemi an instructor so he could learn how to fight the Demons properly. Each confronted and beat the former Lower Moon One of the Twelve Demon Moons effectively, but during the process Masachika was killed.
