Summary

For some reason, a young high schooler is refusing to attend school. Her aunt, Hana Natori, is way too concerned for her own good and decides to take drastic measures to ensure that her niece doesn’t fail out… The grand plan? To dress up as a high schooler and attend posing as her! Not so surprisingly, her plan is foiled on the very first day of school when the history teacher Okito Kanie discovers her identity. How did he find out and how is she not exposed immediately? Well, as it turns out, Hana and Okito used to attend the same high school together…

Anime Adaptation

The anime adaptation of 25-sai no Joshikousei premiered in Japan on Jan. 8, 2018 on Tokyo MX and AT-X and is currently ongoing. The ending theme is “Reunion” by Saki Hazuki. There are actually two different versions of this anime: the “regular” version and the “complete” version. The “regular” version is suitable for most ages and is the one broadcast on TV. However, the “complete” version has explicit scenes that can only be viewed if you are watching on ComicFesta’s streaming service, Anime Zone.

Hana Natori (CV: Hitomi Harada [R] / Kirika Waou [C])
Hana is a kind 25-year-old woman who does her best to try and help others around her. She enjoys taking leisurely walks and gazing at cute kitties. She was originally searching for a job before she decided to help out her niece.

Okito Kanie (CV: Chiharu Sawashiro [R] / Kyouhei Morishita [C])
Okito is a high school history teacher who is 25 years old. Aside from teaching, he actually enjoys cooking yummy meals and completing puzzle games. He has a somewhat pushy and overbearing personality but is also genuinely caring.

Naoyuki Aida (CV: Tomohito Takatsuka [R] / Tetsuto Furukawa [C])
A high schooler who happens to be a student in Okito’s class. At 16 years old, he enjoys all different kinds of sports and has a bit of a bad habit when it comes to skipping class. He spends a lot of his time in the infirmary. Most of those at the school regard him as an ikemen, or exceptionally cool and good looking. The more time he spends with Hana, the more he seriously begins liking her.
