Background
Ronan from Guardians of the Galaxy and Thanos and Winter Soldier from Avengers are all Marvel Villains from the Marvel Comics series.
Ronan is Kree, a race of blue-skinned human-like people and whose family was in a thousand-year war with the Xandarians. He joined and eventually became the leader of a special military force called the Accusers. He helped Thanos look for the Orb, an artifact for one of the infinity stones, in exchange for Thanos’s help with attacking the Xandarians. He betrayed Thanos and kept the Orb for himself while acting on invading the Xandarian's homeland. A failed attempt results in Quill killing him with the Power Stone.
Thanos is from a race called the Eternals, a type of human that has superhuman abilities. His race inhabits a colony called Titan. Thanos was born with a disease that affects his appearance, making him large with strange skin. Over time he grew hateful and resented everyone else in his colony before attempting to murder them. He intended to reduce the world population to conserve resources, thus saw the infinity stones as a way to meet his goal. He became obsessed with getting all Infinity Stones and forced Eitri, a skilled blacksmith to create the infinity gauntlet to house all of his collected stones. Thanos went on a campaign and invaded many planets to accumulate Infinity Stones. Eventually, the villain got all of the stones and snapped his fingers to carry out his goal of the description using his powerful gauntlet of Infinity Stones.
Winter Soldier or James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes grew up in an orphanage and eventually became so skilled that he fought alongside Captain America. In World War II, They fought against a group of Invaders. After faking their defeat in war, Barnes was saved and reinstated under a new name, Winter Soldier. He Eventually returned as Captain America before going underground again and turning up as Winter Soldier for a second time, this time brainwashed and a villain who is now an anti-hero.
Special Abilities
Thanos Ronan and Winter Soldier all have special abilities that allow them to intimidate and destroy their opponents. Thanos has superhuman strength and can absorb and beam cosmic energy. He is also capable of telekinesis. Ronan has a high level of military experience, extreme speed, endurance, reflexes, and strength. He also wields a special weapon called the “Cosmic-Rod”, a hammer that’s used by accusers of the Kree Empire. Winter Soldier is skilled in tactics such as infiltration and espionage. He also has an extreme level of strength, mostly due to his cybernetic arm which itself has many different tools such as an EMP generator and holographic camouflage unit.
