About Satsuki Kiryuin
Satsuki is the president of the Honnoji Academy Student Council. Her status gives her absolute authority over the Academy, and she is highly regarded among the residents.
About Satsuki Kiryuin: Background
Satsuki Kiryuin is the first-born child of Ragyo Kiryuin and Soichiro Kiryuin. After Soichiro learns the truth about Ragyo, he decides to secretly teach the young Satsuki about her mother and the secrets of Life Fibers. However, Soichiro chooses to stay and teach Satsuki as he knows that he will be heavily punished for betraying her. He also reveals to Satsuki that Junketsu is her wedding dress and hides with Ryuko Matoi.
Satsuki is knowledgeable and, while she seems heartless, treats people like animals and justifies that the weak and foolish should be ruled. However she may treat people, she is very charismatic and is talented in her ability to lead others. And while she may seem cold-hearted, she shows signs of empathy and is not against swallowing her pride. She is very focused and determined and willing to sacrifice herself to make sure victory becomes hers.
Despite her first impression, she is a character that does show care. In particular, she cares for the Elite Four and is protective of them. When Satsuki was young, she would always drink Mitsuzo Soroi's tea to protect his feelings, showing she isn't necessarily cold-hearted. We also see that she loved her father and sister so much that she attacked her mother, who got rid of them. Satsuki's hatred towards her mother and a large part of her motivation steams from here.
About Satsuki Kiryuin: Abilities
Initially, Satsuki used the Kamui Junketsu. This allowed her to have the blood-thirsty uniform bend at her will. She also was able to obtain the Life Fiber Override quickly. With the Kamui Junketsu on her side, she obtained extreme power and was able to cause deviation at a flick of the wrist. She was also able to alter the Kamui's shape to help aid her in battle. However, a vital weakness with this Junketsu was she was unable to overcome her resistance to Life Fibers and hence could not truly synchronize with her Junketsu. As a result, when using her Junketsu, she would become exhausted.
One of Satsuki's strengths is her high physical ability and intelligence. Even without her Junketsu, Satsuki showcases a nearly superhuman level of physical strength, speed, endurance, and reflexes. She is known to be the strongest fighter in the Academy and defeats Ira Gamagori despite his colossal size. She is also knowledgeable but tends to use her intelligence to manipulate others for her gains. This is especially seen when she influences many people to take her mother down.

Satsuki has had a harsh upbringing resulting in her seemingly cold-hearted personality. In particular, she has a strong relationship with Ryuko Matoi and Ragyo Kiryuin.
Ryuko Matoi
Ryuko Matoi and Satsuki start as rivals. This is due to Ryuko's suspicion that Satsuki had something to do with her father's death. However, Satsuki seems to show that she has no intention of hurting Ryuko as when she is broken and defeated, she covers her with a blanket and leaves a piece of Senketsu with her. She seems to consider Ryuko as someone handy. When it is revealed that the two are related, it causes a drastic change in their relationship.
Ragyo Kiryuin
Ragyo Kiryuin is Satuski's mother, and she holds a significant influence on her life. However, Ragyo merely sees her as an heir to Covers and has full intention of destroying Earth. However, Satsuki knows of her mother's choices and has secretly plotted to betray and stop her. She notes her disappointment in Satsuki as she cannot fuse with Junketsu and truly bring out its full power.
