Synopsis
Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki’s selfish and irresponsible parents decide to sell him to a demon! However, as the demon has no grandson of his own, he dotes on Iruma and decides to send him to demon school where he has to hide his humanity to blend in…
Background
Mairimashita! Iruma-kun is inspired by the manga by Osamu Nishi which is currently running in Weekly Shonen Champion. The anime adaptation was announced in the 10th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion, published on Feb. 7, 2019, alongside Beastars. The 23-episode first season will premiere in October 2019.

Iruma Suzuki (Voiced by: Ayumu Murase)
Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki was sold by his irresponsible parents to a demon for money. However, the demon didn’t have a grandson of his own so he really takes to Iruma and decides to send him to demon school where he has to hide his humanity. With frizzy hair and a small frame, Iruma is often mistaken for a girl.
Valac Clara (Voiced by: Ayaka Asai)
Valac Clara is in the same class as Iruma. As she’s a little strange, none of the other kids wanted to hang out with her except the ones who were trying to use her powers, so she really appreciates Iruma for genuinely wanting to be her friend.
Asmodeus Alice (Voiced by: Ryohei Kimura)
Asmodeus Alice is the oldest son of the Asmodeus family. He’s also a top student who prizes order and is good at sports. Alice is a good cook and though he didn’t originally care for Iruma comes to have great respect for him.
Azazel Ameri (Voiced by: Saori Hayami)
Azazel Ameri is a daughter of the house of Azazel. She’s the second-year student council president and a secret fan of shojo manga.
Naberius Callego (Voiced by: Daisuke Ono)
Naberius Callego is the school’s headmaster. His hobby is collecting cacti.
Sabnock Saburo (Voiced by: Takuya Sato)
Sabnock Saburo is the second son of the house of Sabnock. He’s in a real rush to get ahead but is a talented student good at both sports and academics. His real rival is Alice rather than Iruma.
