Synopsis

Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Stenonychosaurus are three wildly different dinosaurs all living together in the same one-room apartment. They work part-time, go to the public bath, and eat sweets. Sometimes they fight, but even still their fun days continue. But then one day a meteorite is predicted to fall! Take a peek at the relaxed and surreal apartment life of these dinos living in the modern day!

Background

Dinosaur Biyori is an original TV anime from Aniplex, Fanworks, and Sony Creative Products. It is being animated by Fanworks and features Akifumi Nonaka as director with Toru Hosokawa writing the script, Usagimen designing the characters, and CHI-MEY composing the music. The anime’s image song is “Aisou Ze!” by CHAI. The anime will premiere in Japan on April 3, 2021 on Tokyo MX and BS11.

Characters

Tyrannosaurus (Voiced by: Yutaka Matsushige)
The strongest carnivorous dinosaur. He likes sweets and meat. He doesn’t like things he can’t do because of his stubby arms.

Triceratops (Voiced by: Yoji Tanaka)
An herbivorous dinosaur with three horns on its head. He is able to fall asleep anywhere, at any time. He’s not good at reading the atmosphere.

Stenonychosaurus (Voiced by: Eiji Kotoge)
A dinosaur with a relatively large brain. He likes those who give him praise. He doesn’t like to exercise.
