Synopsis

Welcome to Ice Cream Town!
It’s a place where lots of friends live.
Once again today, they’ll have an “ice” day together with everyone!

Background

iii icecrin is an original anime collaboration between Shinei Animation and Okinawa-based ice cream company Blue Seal Ice Cream. It features characters based on 15 of the company’s flavors. It is being directed by Juria Matsumura and features original character designs by Aya Matsui, series composition and scripts by Hiroko Fukuda, and music by Kenta Higashiohji. The anime will premiere in April 2021.

Characters

Vanillan (Voiced by: Taeko Kawata)
Loves his friends. There is so much that he likes to do that he gets lost easily. He gets delirious when he sweats.

Chocon (Voiced by: Fumiko Orikasa)
Though always cheerful, he is scatterbrained and gets flustered easily.

Mamango (Voiced by: Ryota Iwasaki)
He likes to take things nice and slow. He is always relaxing and is always late whenever he needs to be somewhere.

Blune (Voiced by: Sayaka Senbongi)
A positive thinker who gets embarrassed whenever praised.

Stochii (Voiced by: Konomi Kohara)
He is super, super shy, but he tries hard for his friends, who are important to him.

Francisco Minton XV (Voiced by: Marina Horiuchi)
He has tons of siblings and is always lively. He has so many siblings he often gets lost in the bunch.

Bakkii (Voiced by: Rena Maeda)
She has a cool, adult-like air, but deep down she loves anything and everything cute. It’s a secret, though.

Nana (Voiced by: Mai Sato)
She is studious and loves to learn. She doesn’t like sunlight and always stays in her room.

Chicchi (Voiced by: Chitose Morinaga)
She is a timid crybaby and a constant worrier, but she is kind to her friends.

Tirara (Voiced by: Maria Naganawa)
She is popular and a moodmaker. She is also easily bored.

Nap (Voiced by: Megumi Sato)
She loves to talk and gossip. Deep down she is lonely.

Mabubu (Voiced by: Hina Kino)
A legendary icecrin?!

Ubetan
The manager of Ice Cream Town. He has a strong sense of justice.

Pohsan
He is knowledgeable and patient. He’s not a fan of current trends.

Patty
She is bright and cheerful, and she loves to show off. She is also a bit selfish.
