Eden
Synopsis
Thousands of years in the future, there is a city called Eden 3 inhabited by only robots and led by a robot named Zero. In this world, humans are nothing more than an ancient myth. However, one day two agriculture robots named E92 and A37 happen upon a stasis capsule containing a baby girl named Sara and accidentally wake her up. Thus begins a story of two robots raising the last human child on Earth.
Background
Eden is a four-episode original net animation (ONA) being produced by CGCG and directed by Yasuhiro Irie (Fullmetal Alchemist) with character designs by Toshihiro Kawamoto (Cowboy Bebop), scripts by Kimiko Ueno (The Royal Tutor, Crayon Shin-chan: Ora no Hikkoshi Monogatari Saboten Dai Shugeki), concept designs by Christophe Ferreira (Hirune Hime Shiranai Watashi no Monogatari), and music by Kevin Penkin (Made in Abyss, Rising of the Shield Hero). The anime was previously scheduled to premiere in fall 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It will instead premiere in May 2021 worldwide via Netflix.

E92 (Voiced by: Kentaro Ito)
An agriculture robot who finds Sarah’s stasis capsule one day along with A37 and accidently wakes her up. He decides to raise Sara in secret together with A37.
A37 (Voiced by: Kyoko Hikami)
An agriculture robot who finds Sarah’s stasis capsule one day along with E92 and accidently wakes her up. He decides to raise Sara in secret together with E92.
Zero (Voiced by: Koichi Yamadera)
The leader of Eden 3.
