Synopsis

Shuta, Ran, and Koki are three friends who were born and raised in Tokyo’s 24th Ward, a manmade island created in Tokyo Bay called the “Far East Special District Outside of the Law.” Although they come from different families and have different hobbies and personalities, they always hung out together. However, their relationship changes drastically after a certain incident. One year later, at a memorial ceremony on the first anniversary of the incident, they reunite and all three suddenly get a phone call from a friend they thought was dead telling them to “choose their future.” Now, the three are forced to choose their own path to try to protect the future of everyone they care about in the 24th Ward.
