What are Oda Nobunaga aliases in the Fate series?

Oda Nobunaga has several nicknames in the Fate universe, including the Demon Archer, Devil King of the Sixth Heaven, Big Fool of Owari, Conqueror of the Warring States, Auntie (by Chacha), “Nobu,”and King of Innovation.

Personality

Oda Nobunaga is extremely confident in herself to the point of arrogance. She can be considered disrespectful, even to her Master. During her life, she was a great strategic commander and defeated several armies. She worked very hard to unify Japan. Even though she was betrayed by one of her vassals leading to her committing suicide, she did not feel regret about it. As a Heroic Spirit, Nobunaga does not have a specific wish for the Holy Grail but does have ideas about how to utilize it. She likes goods from the western world and dislikes people who give up too easily.

Appearance

As an Archer Servant, Oda Nobunaga has red eyes and long straight black hair with a hint of red coloring to it. She most often appears in a westernized general’s uniform. The shirt and pants of the uniform are black, as is the hat. She wears gray gloves. She is often pictured resting her hands on her weapon, one on top of the other, in front of her body. This pose matches up with her arrogant personality. Her officer-styled hat has a large and intricate gold piece on the front of it that looks like a sun with several rays extending out in all directions. There is a flower in the middle of the gold piece. She is also easily identified with her red cape. The cape has a large collar that is wider than the span of her shoulders. She wears golden boots.

As an Avenger Servant, the Heroic Spirit possesses a Saint Graph, which is the aggregation of all versions of Nobunaga, past, present and future. In her stage 1 form, known as Oda Nobunaga, she looks very similar to her Archer Servant form, if a little older. In her stage 2 form, known as Oda Kipposhi, her hair is tied up behind her head and juts out like a bouquet of long spikes. She still wears the officer’s hat adorned with a giant gold decoration. She exposes the most skin of all her forms by wearing a short vest that exposes her midriff. Her cape has been replaced with a large red skirt with several straight red bars hanging from the waist. A sword also hangs from her waist. The outfit is completed with black shoes and black pants. In her stage 3 form, known as Demon King Nobunaga or Oda Nobunaga Maou, she becomes the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven. Age-wise, this is the most mature-looking form of Nobu. She no longer wears an officer’s hat or uniform. Her hair has turned completely red in color and is the straightest of all her forms. It falls down to about waist length. She wears a large red cape again, and the golden piece that was part of her hat is now part of her cape and even larger in size. Her body is covered in a sleek black armor that shows the curve of her bust and the shape of her legs. Her stage 4 form looks very similar to stage 3.

Abilities

Oda Nobunaga is an expert with firearms (inspired from her time period) and swords. She can wield a large gun called the Demon King Gatling Gun.

Noble Phantasms
Papiyas Metamorphosis: Anti-Divine class. Also known as Demon King of a Thousand Worlds. With it, she transforms into a giant skeleton with six arms. Behind it are several straight golden sun rays. It looks similar to images of Buddha, but it is said to “deceive all gods and Buddhas.” Papiyas Metamorphosis attacks its enemy with several explosive ray blasts.

Three Thousand Worlds: Anti-Army class. Also known as Three Line Formation. Allows her to control three thousand arquebuses, or matchlock guns, to fire volleys in every direction, synchronized to the guns she’s holding in her own hands.

Alternate Versions

There is another version of Oda Nobunaga in Fate/Grand Order known as the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven of the Beach. Nobu is a Berserker in this form and looks more passionate in a bikini. She has a rockstar motif to her and her weapon is a giant guitar instead of a matchlock gun. There are three stages to this version of her, and she wears her officer’s hat in all three stages.
