Capella Emerada Lugnica is a Sin Archbishop of Lust. She leads the Assassin Organisation in Gusteko under the alias of Mama. Capella’s true appearance is unknown due to the nature of her Authority, but the appearance she takes most often is that of a teenage girl with golden hair and red eyes. A thin string of hairs extends in a long ponytail with a rose ornament on the end. In this form she wears a bikini top, hot pants, and black leggings. Capella often speaks rudely, even to her fellow Sin Archbishops, calling them mean nicknames instead of using their proper names. She believes that all the love in the world should be love for her, and changes her appearance and the appearance of others to fit that belief.

History

Capella under the guise of Mama has led the assassin organization operating out of Gusteko for a long time. Nine years before the start of the story she tasked Reisel to steal a Metia. Upon his failure (despite him begging for a second chance) she showed no mercy and transformed him, removing all of his limbs and sensory organs, transforming him into something inhuman. At some point Elsa joins the assassin organization and Capella later asks her to go out into the wilds to retrieve a wild feral child who is in fact Meili Portroute and is taken in under Mama's wing.
Capella's role in most events of the story are currently unclear though it seems likely that she had some hand in it as Meili seeks protection from Subaru and friends when she fails her mission, fearing Mama's punishment. However she makes a proper appearance in the story during the events of Arc 5 in Priestella where she took control of the broadcast tower in the city. Subaru and Crusch try to seize the tower back, but were caught unawares by her ability to shapeshift and the fact that she had claimed hostages. They barely escape but Crusch was badly poisoned in the process.
The heroes launch more attacks on Capella to stop her, but don't make any great progress at putting her down. Later, she is finally cornered as she falls for a trap set by Anastasia, dropped into a pit, and is then attacked by Al. She actually survives multiple fatal wounds including a complete decapitation, regenerating her way back from every injury but is ultimately forced to retreat from the city. As a final slap in the face though all of the hostages that she took while holding the broadcast tower remained transformed as human sized flies and the heroes were forced to freeze them and place them in stasis while they sought answers from the sage Shaula.

Relationships

Reisel - Reisel was a member of the Gusteko assassin organization who operated under Capella as Mama's orders. He fails to complete a mission for her and is transformed into an inhuman mess.
Elsa - Elsa Granhiert the Bowel Hunter was a powerful assassin under Capella's employ.
Meili - Meili was brought in from the wild where she was being raised by Demon Beasts under Capella's orders. She grew up in the care of the assassin organization. Meili requested protection from Mama's retribution when she and Elsa failed in their job during the events of Arc 4.

Abilities

Authority of Lust - Capella’s Authority of Lust allows her to use an ability called Variation and Change which allows the user to transform herself or others into different organic things. She has been shown to use this ability to transform into; a giant black dragon with golden horns, a small child, an adult woman, and a pack of field mice. She can also use this ability to heal herself by transforming injured parts of her body into healthy parts, allowing her to survive normally fatal damage. When in her black dragon form, she is capable of breathing black flames that cannot be extinguished with water.
Variable Gate - Another aspect of her Authority is the ability to change her gate with every new form she takes.
Black Dragon Blood - Capella possesses dragon blood which has been used to poison people.
